Terms of Service

1. Service
Experience+ Unlimited is a design subscription operated by Experience+ (the "Studio") for a single brand or company per subscription (the "Client"). The Client may submit an unlimited number of design requests and revisions through their private request board. Requests are worked through a queue according to the active-slot count of the Client's plan: one active request at a time on Standard, two at a time on Pro. There is no cap on the number of requests queued or the volume of work delivered within a billing period.
2. Turnaround
Most requests are delivered within approximately 48 hours, measured in business days in the America/Los_Angeles time zone and excluding public holidays. Larger requests (for example, a full website or a brand identity) are broken into milestones, each delivered on that cadence. Stated turnaround times are averages, not guarantees. If a brief is incomplete or awaiting Client input, the turnaround clock pauses until the required information is provided.
3. Fees & payment
The subscription fee is $5,995 per month for Standard and $9,995 per month for Pro. Quarterly plans are prepaid at $16,185 per quarter for Standard and $26,985 per quarter for Pro. All payments are final: there are no trials and no refunds, except as provided in Section 6(b). Fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing period.
4. Pause & cancellation (Client)
The Client may pause the subscription at any time. Unused days in the current billing period bank and roll forward, and become available again when the subscription resumes. The Client may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and service continues until then. There are no contracts or exit fees.
5. Fair use
The subscription covers the ordinary design needs of one business. One subscription equals one company. Reselling the queue to multiple end-clients, or splitting a single deliverable into many micro-requests to force parallel work, is outside the intended use. Abuse of fair use may result in a required plan change or termination for cause under Section 6(a).
6. Termination (Studio)
(a) For cause. The Studio may terminate the subscription immediately, without refund, if the Client materially breaches these Terms, including violations of Sections 5 or 9.
(b) For convenience. The Studio may terminate the subscription immediately for convenience, in which case the Client receives a pro-rated refund of the unused portion of the current billing period.
In either case, work in progress is delivered as-is, and intellectual property in work that has been paid for transfers to the Client in accordance with Section 7.
7. Intellectual property
Upon settlement of the invoice for the applicable billing period, the Client owns the final deliverables produced under the subscription, including source files (Figma and similar). The Studio retains the right to display the work in its portfolio and marketing materials; there is no confidentiality opt-out under this subscription.
8. AI use & confidentiality
The Studio uses AI tooling under senior human direction and review to accelerate exploration and production. The Client's confidential materials are never used to train third-party models.
9. Acceptable use
The Studio does not take on unlawful, infringing, or deceptive work, and may decline requests that present a conflict of interest.
10. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is". The Studio's aggregate liability under these Terms is capped at the fees paid by the Client in the three months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
