Unlimited requests and unlimited revisions, worked through a queue. Standard runs one active request at a time; Pro runs two. There's no cap on how many requests you add or how much you ship over a month — the queue just keeps moving.
Most requests are delivered in about 48 hours on business days. Larger requests (a full site, a brand identity) are broken into milestones, each delivered on that cadence. Turnaround is an average, not a guarantee.
Through your private board, provisioned the day you subscribe. Write a brief, attach anything useful, and we take it from there. Clear briefs come back faster — we'll show you what a great brief looks like.
Every request is directed and reviewed by a senior designer with 30+ years of experience, working with an AI-native toolchain. AI accelerates exploration and production; senior human judgment makes the calls. Your confidential materials are never used to train third-party models.
Yes, anytime. Unused days bank and roll forward — pause on day 20 and you'll have 10+ days waiting when you resume.
Cancel anytime; you keep service through the end of your billing period. No contracts, no exit fees. All payments are final — there are no refunds, which is exactly why pausing exists.
You do — full ownership of final deliverables, including source files (Figma etc.), once the period's invoice is settled. We retain the right to show the work in our portfolio.
We don't take on unlawful, infringing, or deceptive work, and some things live outside the subscription (research studies, production development, 3D, video) — those are available as separate engagements at experienceplus.ai.
The subscription covers the ordinary design needs of one brand. One subscription = one company. Reselling the queue to multiple end-clients, or splitting one deliverable into dozens of micro-requests to force parallel work, isn't what it's for — we'll flag it and find the right plan if that's your situation. Either side can end the relationship at any time; full details in the Terms.
